'Taming Big Behaviours' is for parents who need some back-up supporting kids in and beyond meltdowns, outbursts, tantrums, and big emotions. We will address emotional regulation, sensory strategies, and understanding how to get the brain to calm down and think before acting.
As a participant, you will receive access to an age and skill specific, closed Facebook Group that will run for 6 weeks. Each week, two clinicians will provide you with evidence-based information, resources, and problem-solving to help you along the way. This will include links, information videos, and Q & A. Additionally, you will be able to share joys and sorrows with other parents as you tackle a common goal- without your child overhearing!
