When puberty is on the horizon tweens and teens can feel confused and unsure. This Girl’s Puberty Personal Checklist has been designed for a parent (or clinician) to use with their tween/teen. Its purpose is to help open up conversations that will assist tweens/teens to clearly understand the changes that will take place in their body. This awareness can help to bring confidence as the puberty stage begins! There is also a blank version included which can be useful for kids who might get distracted or overwhelmed with too much detail and also allows the parent/clinician to be able to tailor the words to the capacity of the child.
