Webinar: Navigating Toilet Troubles Together + Q&A

The transition from nappies to using the toilet independently is a huge developmental milestone for children, and a big challenge for parents and care givers (gulp!!).

Rebecca Khan, Continence Occupational Therapist, has been helping families overcome these challenges for over 20 years. Join us for a 1hr webinar to understand more about your child’s body in relation to wees and poos and how to support them as they overcome this important transition. Rebecca will share her knowledge and extensive experience to help troubleshoot some of the circumstances that can arise when the toilet training process doesn’t go the way you think it should.

We will answer questions such as:

  • Are these wee/poo accidents medical or behavioural?
  • How can I help my child listen to the ‘urge’?
  • Tips to set up the toilet for success!
  • Nappies, undies, pull-ups – what’s best at different stages?

PLUS there will be a Q&A after the webinar so you can address any issues you might be facing.

Suitable for parents, care givers, child care staff, therapists and anyone else who is supporting a child to learn to use the toilet.

Date:         Wednesday, 10 January 2024

Time:         7pm AEST / 8pm AEDT (followed by Q&A)

Where:     Online

Cost:          $19.00 (incl GST) – the recording will be available to view for 2 weeks after the LIVE event
