HOLIDAY BOOST GROUPS:

LET’S PRACTICE TOGETHER!
For children aged 5-7 years.
This program will focus on strengthening fine motor skills plus social-emotional skills which will help your child gain confidence to start 2023 well!
How the program works:
Utilizing components of routine focused therapy, the course mimics a classroom routine and is capped at 8 children per group. This smaller learning environment encourages children to gain independence and confidence in their learning.
Your child can expect growth in the following areas:
Social-Emotional Skills:
- Group play, sharing, and teamwork
- Recognise and regulate emotions
- Establish routine
- How to sit and participate in groups
- Independent learning
- Confidence
Fine Motor Skills:
- Hold a pencil properly
- Colour in
- Recognise letters of the alphabet
- Write their name
- Scissor holding and cutting
Resources:
The program will equip your family with resources to further implement strategies at home, and to help deepen your child’s learning.
When:
10:30am – 11:30am every day for 2 weeks in January – come on whichever days you are available!

Kids That Go Clinic, Level 5 – Paddington Central, 107 Latrobe Terrace, Paddington, QLD.
Who:
The course will be run by an Occupational Therapist and Allied Health Assistant

Cost: $95 per session *see below for note regarding NDIS funding
Capacity: 8 children per group
* NOTE REGARDING NDIS FUNDING:
Kids That Go are registered with NDIS, however our group therapy programs do not meet NDIS group therapy criteria. Self managed participants can use their NDIS funds to cover the session cost, however if you are Plan or Agency Managed, please confirm with your NDIS partners before signing up.
